Total loss of all worms in my 3 year old worm bin. Curse you, heat! I’ve been feeding them and checking on them every now and then and so far they had always been there but… today I checked and not a single worm left. Luckily there are tons in my garden. I spread 5 trays of worm castings around the garden. I have also been doing yard work at the neighbors and I’m accumulating organic matter and using it in different ways around the yard. For example all the pine needles become mulch in the garden.
